Virtual particles are created with a lifespan dependant on their mass. The field is filled with uncertainty. Randomness is the rule, but you can break the symmetry, and introduce order. Attraction or repulsion, creates convergence or divergence. The color represents the mass of the particle, after a while color convergence happens naturally.
